I've used some of these pots now. And they are really good so far. Heat evenly and clean up is painless.

Don't y'all have carbon steel and cast iron skillets? If my Noni didn't use it at home or in the family restaurant, I don't need it at home, is how I try to decide what to buy.
But then again, Noni could've out cooked most people just using her one old beat up knife, and a C.I. skillet.

It's funny what we think we need to prepare good food these days.

by that logic none of us should buy a new grill or smoker
