A little Easter pre-gaming. I like my BBQ like I like my women...all NALGA.

2 pork butts bone in.
First comes the mustard to build the bark and gives something for the Butt Rub to hold onto. Be generous with it. It does not affect the taste.

Then the Butt Rub, even more. When you think you put enough- put some more Rub...then Rub the butts [emoji]128514[/emoji][emoji]128514[/emoji].

Now to give it a little sweetness cover the two with "Sum brown shuga". Wrap them two nalgas in plastic wrap and let them sit in the fridge and chill.....next stop will be in the Gator.
