Ive read through the recent posts about the smaller flats, but I'm not exactly settled on how much time I should plan for tomorrow.

I have a 4.5lb trimmed flat. What should I plan for?

Temps would likely be between 225-250. If I need to get it on before church, but not that high, I could run on the smoke setting (175-190) for a little bit.

Roughly 1.5 hours per pound. Of course if thin and wide, it will go faster, squat and thick, 2"+, it may take longer...JJ
