I have an old Brinkmann charcoal vertical box type smoker that I’d like to convert to propane ( as if I need another project ) before I just go and start scavenging old propane BBQs for their propane parts can anyone point my to the right direction as far as parts I’ll need or won’t need ? Thanks for ANY advice as this will be my first project of this type lol
what I would do is download the assembly manual for a propane smoker and go from there as to the parts you need. BTW any pictures of my masterbuilt propane that would help just ask
Thanks so much for the replies guys .... NamVetJoe
. That’s a good idea I will do that . Thanks daveomak
. Yeah that’s pretty much what I figured since I really only want this rig for stuff like ABTs ( possibly even giving cheese or cold smoking a try ) and stuff like that ... so I’ve been looking for ads and what not for old BBQs for the side burner unit.
Thanks again I really appreciate the replies
