I just ordered a Smokin Cajun 30-inch Propane Gas Smoker. While I wait for it to be made and delivered I got to thinking if I could convert it to be thermostatically-controlled. Is there such a kit available? If there is it's most probably a universal kit, one that I could retrofit the smoker's gas system so that I can set it and forget it, except of course for the charcoal and/or wood chips.

If this thing works out I'm going to have one of these to sell, used very sparingly: https://www.academy.com/p/old-count...0HphVWTw_wcB&dclid=CMf3xN-ihfcCFUWWAAAdeXEJQg
