Hello to all,
About to attempt Canadian bacon. Have a pack of con yeagers quick cure salt and having trouble with how much to use per pound? Have searched forum and found from 1 tps to 1 tablespoon per pound. All input will be appreciated ! MES 40 with a Uber controller. Love your forum!
 
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Used for curing bologna, jerky & meats. Not for direct consumption.

if its cure 1 ... its 1 gram per pound
 
I tried that brand ONE time. Threw it out
