Im working on my business plan and starting to look for the right smoker for my restaurant. Does anyone have any suggestions on some smokers and ones that wont compromise on the quality of the bbq?

Look at cookshack and their sister company fast eddy

I'm entertaining the idea of opening a small BBQ joint as well. I might even start small with a food truck, possibly throwing in some catering.

I got a deal on a smoker that my local BBQ joint used to start their restaurant.

Might not be as easy as the gas smokers but I think it has character.
