Commercial frig/freezer...looking for ideas

Picked up this small commercial merchadising frig / freezer. Besides the obvious, looking for ideas on what to use it for. I thought about a curing cabinet. Any other ideas?
It does seem to work, although it only gets down to 30°F. Can't find much info about it online.

Looks kind of small in the pic. After you put all the parts in there to make it a curing cabinet. You may not have much room for the meat.
