I am thinking about using my AMNPS to cold smoke a whole chicken (brined and rubbed) before setting it in my Ronco rotisserie. What say you guys?

Thanks!

I have tried cold smoking a turkey then frying it, couldn't even tell it was cold smoked. I cold smoked it for 8 hours.

I hate go say it but I may try brining with a touch of liquid smoke. Make sure you let us know how it turns out if you do either way.

I've never tried it, but it certainly sounds like it would work.

I have to ask about your signature line.

Is this the Dude back in disguise?
