Glad to be here! I prefer smoking pork however any meat will do. I just bought a Char-Griller Akorn Kamado cooker and I can't wait to use it. Does anybody on here use one of those?

Welcome to the forum!  Use the search bar and there is also a forum section for charcoal smokers.  I use charcoal, but am only familiar with the Weber Smokey Mountain (WSM).
