I loaded up the smoker with 16 lbs of sharp cheddar and still had plenty of room. I rummaged around the cabinets for something else so not to waste good smoke. Honey, ketchup, mustard, mixed nuts, chipotle chex mix and course ground pepper. Pitmaster's Choice in the AMNPS. I let you know how everything turns out.

looks like your going to have some great eating. looks like you have a nice plywood smoker. is it just cold smoke or also hot? if hot what do you use for heat. the AMNPS is great. i have been using the pitmaster's pellets with great luck. looking forward to the finished pics.

would also like to see a pic of your smoker.

happy smoken.

welcome to the group.

Mule- I recently built a plywood smoker after finding this forum and getting some good ideas from a few of the members. I originally built it for hot smoking and use a burner pops recommends from northern tool.
