Akorn around 450. 12 inch pan, Dough from an excellent local shop called Jiggy Ray's, home grown tomato and basil, pepperoni, green pepper maple sausage, fresh mozzarella and cheddar.. Pretty happy with the result.

Great looking pizza. It almost looks like you could make a deep dish pizza with your pan.
