i had some pulled chuckie from lastnight's smoke so i went to the mexican bakery to get some fresh bolillo rolls to make lunch. sauteed some mushrooms and melted some chz, grabbed a fresh jalapeno, toasted the roll and made some thin crispy onion rings.........
