Chuckie from a few weeks ago

Smoked the chuckie as usual. Olive oil and spices. Cut up some red, orange and yellow peppers (green equals a night of heartburn) and red onion. Put the veggies in with 8oz beef broth, a cup of bourbon and a cup of water with some spices. Let that set up a few hours while the chuckie smoked. With about two hours left I added the veggies into the pan with the chuckie. When the chuckie was done I fired up the Blackstone to finish it into sandwiches.

I've not seen anything quite like this. Looks very tasty. The meat is Smoked in the liquid, then Veg added 2 hours out?..JJ

I might have described that poorly. Basically the veggies were marinaded in the liquid and then veggies and liquid were added together. The meat was alone most of the time.
