So are any of you planning on making smoked sausage for gifts? I have done this the past 4 years with smoked cheese and its a big hit. So if your going to do this post some pics and lets see. We are having a Christmas drop in at our home for the new neighbors to come over. I will take some pics of what i made for the meat-n-cheese trays. And Do you have any Christmas sausage equipment on your want list? I think my wife got me a Cabelas 11lb with the motor, or a glass door merchandiser (cooler like they have sodas in at wally) for my dry cure, i also seen where she had my LEM & Sausage Maker book out?
