finaly got the ribs on my burnner froze up after the fatties this morning so more qviews later

can't get it past 160* will just have to smoke them for a few hours then to the oven had to do the fatties the same way this morning

I would recommend you go to the search bar at the top and look up 3-2-1 for a complete rundown on how to do both spares and babybacks - There is lots of good info there for you to review. Good smoking
