Pierogie dough

6 cups flour
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1 (16oz) sour cream

Mix 5 cups of flour with rest of ingredients. Use the 6th cup of flour to knead the dough in. Wrap dough in Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Oh wow, all the same goodies I remember for my childhood. The Pierogies , the keilbasi, Mmmm I sure do miss those Christmas eve dinners with the family, there only my brother and me left and most traditions died off with my mom and babci, although I do try.
Anyway, thanks for the memories, Merry Christmas

Oh heck yeah...when I lived in NY we use to go to the Polish Home (like a VFW) for dinners where the ole polish women hand made them. My mom and dad moved a few years ago and before they did they use to make them by the 1,000's for dinners.......
