Christmas Eve mini smoker 1

Alrighty weather was rockin so I used my mini smoker by Vision Grill to cook Korean Ribs also called Kalbi. It more BBQ then smoke I suppose. I used a small lava plate between the food and meat works ok but nothing like my Pellet grill. Enjoy and Merry Christmas. Next smoke News Years to start off right.
