I’ve seen black truffle oil and compound butters, I’ll have to check for a white.

Thanks everyone for the compliments and kind words. This was actually one of , if not my top favorite meal of the entire year. The mash is just insanely good with the beef. The morel sauce just kicks it up another notch. I am going to post recipes in this thread at some point this week as I’ve been asked here a few times and countless times on a few other foodie groups I belong to.
