Every Christmas we make a lasagna for family. Here is our recipe. The pasta sauce is made the day before. We used fresh pork sausage (2 links) and 1 lb of beef made into Italian meatballs . The pan we used for this is a large: 21”L x 12” W x 2 1/2 T. We used store bought lasagna noodles. 30 total. 4 layers. 72 oz of mozzarella and 3/4 of a block of Parmesan. That HAD to be good! I dont think I've ever had lasagna with chunks of meat/sausage like that, but I need to get lasagna on the list for my kitchen.
