FedEx delivered a new rotisserie ring for my Weber Performer Tuesday. Had to try it out on a pork sirloin roast. Used hickory chunks and got the best pork roast I have ever turned out. MY GOSM is going to take a backseat now.

Ah, another satisfied Weber kettle rotisserie user. Don't feel bad about letting dust settle on the GOSM...I stopped using propane (except for starting a chimney) a few years ago and went to the dark side. It's gotta be the WSM, one of my kettles (with or without a spinner kit). You will find that they are MANY things you can spin in the kettle. My 18.5" OTG with spinner won't handle a bigger turkey due to lid clearance, but the 22.5" lid has a higher dome...probably would handle a 12lb bird. I can fit 2-5lb cluckers in my 18 with an extra set of forks.

Spinners turn out the best birds I've ever cooked, bar none...won't cook a whole bird any other way now that I've experienced it. Beef and pork roasts are fantastic on the rotisserie, especially when you combine a little smoke with charcoal/lump fire and that caramelized meat...lip-smackin' good!!!

Pork Sirloin sounds fantastic!!! I've been wanting to spin one but can't seem to find them around here.

Enjoy your spinner, and explore the possibilities...there are many.

Congrats Lamar!

There are just so many options with a Weber.
