Chops and Grilled Tater Salad

I took my Asian Wing sauce and diluted with a little Sam Adams Brew and mopped these grilled chops. I then paired the chops up with my grilled tater salad with a scallion feta cheese vinaigrette (my wife goes crazy over this salad).
