Well my week started on Saturday night, my second night off of work and the girlfriend is off to Florida for the week, so I got to go solo all week. First thing I checked was the beer level.
Opened the refrigerator and it wasn't looking good...... can't see them all, about 9.
I keep seeing seeing something about a beer pole around here.... I have The Beer Drawer....
Still in fear and not wanting to go without I checked overflow in the utility room.......
I should be okay......
I could have rolled out the Blackstone but it was very windy out and this goes so quick, I did it indoors. So simple to make, and taste so good. Got the veg part all cut up.
Toasted the roll with the broiler.
Using 1lb of ground sirloin in the pan with some olive oil, seasoned, and added a little W sauce.
With the onions added the first flip and rough chop.
I forgot to take some cheese pics and build pics, but here it is all rolled up and resting. I feel this is a very important step.
After the rest the cut and time to enjoy.
If you haven't had a Chopped Cheese you gotta try it, anyways thanks for looking!
