Decisions, decisions....

I have 2 roasters about 4.5 lbs. each.  Not sure to use the kettle or the vertical smoker.  The height might hinder the beer can chickens on the kettle when I put them side by each.  Could lay them down and rotate as they cook to face charcoal.  Do the two racks on a vetical smoker cook at the same temp?  Could put one on each and let it go....... Any thoughts?

What kind of smoker do you have? If there is room beer can chicken is mighty tasty

I have one of the Bass Pro Shops Brinkman types with the water pan.

The 2 racks will cook at different temps. If you use the vertical you may want to switch the chickens half way through.
