First chicken quarter cook on the new pellet grill. 3 seasoned with pitboss sweet heat, 3 seasoned with a homemade rub and 3 seasoned with Boars night out white lighting. Was in the fridge in a couple bags with Italian dressing for about 3 hours. Then onto the smoker at 275° . Using Lumber Jack Hickory and Pecan

Looks good. Italian dressing and chicken are great together. When we marinate chicken in itilian, we will cut potatoes into wedges, pre cook them in the microwave and then marinate them also overnight and grill them. They are easy and turn out great.

That sounds like a great idea. We have baked potatoes on the kettle right now. Definitely going to have to try that!

A little after shot
