Took a lazy day since it’s my only day off from work this week. Threw some brats and chicken burgers on the grill. A few apple chips on the smoke box for flavor. Put Franks wing sauce on the burgers and did two with just a little bbq sauce for the wife. And of course had to have a beer soda while I was minding the grill. Thanks @JCAP for the chicken burger idea. Was a nice change from beef.

Those days happen. Looks good

That's always a good meal . You buy those chicken burgers frozen ? Pre made patties ?

@chopsaw yes sir. Got em at Kroger’s in the frozen section. Wasn’t bad. I’ll get them again and doctor them up with some spices and/or a rub. First time getting them and just wanted to try them as is except for a little sauce on them.

Looks good. I strongly prefer chicken burger to turkey burger. Used to eat both a lot.

Chicken can be interchanged with beef easy enough on sausage and burgers, it does fine. Debone and grind your own chicken thighs for burgers, you might like it, a lot! RAY

Looks good, I like the Johnsonville pattys also

Looks like a great meal!
Gonna have to try those chicken burgers!
Maybe just grind up some breasts that I have in the freezer.

Making some chicken burgers for supper tonight, and am struggling for topping ideas.

What are your go-to toppings to put on a chicken burger prices?

Thinking I might switch it up tonight, looking at you sweet chili sauce or honey mustard.

The usual it generally lettuce, mayo, salt and pepper, pickles and jalapenos. Other times I've done bbq sauce, cheese, bacon. On desperate occasions: miracle whip, mustard, and relish.
