  6. Good deal.......look up stansels gourmet rice. They have this popcorn rice that is absolutely to die for. They're a super old rice farm in Gueydan, LA. They will ship to your door. Gumbo a weekly meal for my family of 5.. No gumbo is complete without the holy trinity of onion, bell pepper and celery...
    Didn't expect to see gumbo on this smoking site is what caught my attention.

    Looks mighty fine. I always do a dark roux myself. Fine line between dark and burned/ruined roux! Had that same meal last week. Also crawfish pie the next day and red beans/rice/sausage the next day. It was a cajun week for us.
