Chicken and flat top veggies

Chicken leg quarters seasoned up with my wife friendly rub (she has food allergies)

Cabbage, onions and zucchini

Kissing the chicken with some lemon drops. It was actually noticeable in the bite.

Flattop has many uses. I’d rather do this then dirty dishes in the house. Also I’m not to good with the stove top. Someone once said that’s woman’s work using the stove top! Lol!

Plated up with some pasta salad.

I actually squeezed the lemons onto the chicken about 1/2 way though. I was surprised it could be tasted. It’s challenging cooking for my wife and adding flavors since she has such bad food allergies so I like to try stuff like the lemons. She was pleased.
