Chicken Alfredo & Buckboard Bacon

My youngest daughter found my buckboard bacon while I was working. She fried it and cut it into 1/2" pieces and added to Chicken Alfredo. The smoke flavor naturally mixed beautifully with the chicken and pasta. It is something I'm going to remember and make again.
