Cherry Pepper's In Sausage w/ Q-view

    I wish I could say that I thought of this one all on my own but I cannot.

    Chisoxjim did another version of these too yesterday.

    I purchased the cherry peppers from the deli department of my local grocery store. They are previously stuffed with provolone cheese and prosciutto ham.

    I have them on the GOSM using hickory.

    I rolled out some jimmy dean sausage and put them inside.

    I absolutely love those BigTrain.
    One of my more favorite things to smoke, and they reheat on the grill beautifully!
    Sometime try JD Bold flavored sausage with them for more of an intense flavored goodness.

    Thanks, now you have me on the verge of running out to the store for some pepper shooters and sausage.

    They had the perfect heat for everyone to enjoy them and not burn their faces off... I think the hickory was the perfect choice for these. They were fantastic!

    And when you can get the wife to ask you for seconds, you know you did something right!
