Cheesy Smoked Meatballs

I tried Jeff's recipe today for the cheesy smoked meatballs...followed his instructions and tweaked a little to add minced bella mushrooms, and pepper jack cheese as well as the cheddar...I finished up about an hour ago...they are gone...totally gone...whow Nellie...Have a rack of baby backs on now using the 2-2-1 method....but when I checked them after the first 2 they looked great...darn, wish I made some potatoe salad today.  But the big guy already has my homemade crab soup, soft shell crabs and crab cakes...LOL...he is eating good today....

  I need a nap...LOL.

I tried 'em yesterday,  they came out great, but not meant for the tomato sauce pot :(
