Jed, apologies for the absence. I know I've missed replying to several of your great threads but been super busy. As soon as I finished building the big cabinet smoker I immediately started on another grill for a forum member. I've read some threads early in the morning but no time to reply.

What you have created here is nothing short of stellar buddy. You can rest assured that I'll be doing at least some sort of rendition of this. Found a few big hunks of smoked brisket in the freezer the other day and am thinking through how to incorporate that into this dish. I've seen a LOT of threads here that have piqued my interest but this one is over the top. Very well done sir.

We have a ton of Ham left over from both Thanksgiving and Christmas. I will be making this in the near future since I have all the ingredients on hand and won't have to go out (It's 3 degrees F right now). Maybe tonight!
