Did a few cheeseburgers today . I used 1 pound of lean ground beef and 1 pound of lean ground pork. Mixed ground beef and pork with 2 eggs , Worcestershire sauce, Garlic, Pepper and Salt. I grilled the back bacon first and took it off the grill , then I grilled the burgers and put the back bacon back on the burgers with cheese.
Cheeseburgers and Canadian Back Bacon with Fries.
