Cheeseburger Casserole

Got a couple of 1/2lb burgers on the smoker and fried up some bacon. Hard to tell in pic but burger had some nice color on it. Also got some color on the onions.



Got ingredients ready. Just realized I forgot the mushrooms.



All mixed up and into dish. The recipe I was kind of following said to pour egg cream mixture over top. Well it just stayed on top. I will for go this next time. It was not needed.



Out of oven and let sit 20 minutes.



Turned out pretty good. Finished up that coleslaw using Eric recipe. Boy that just gets better every day.

Now that's an interesting dish Brian. It sounds and looks good. I'll have to give it a whirl soon.

Thanks David. Took me a little longer to get to. I did a eggroll bowl that did not turn out that good instead. Trying to find ways to cut the carbs. I actual dropped another pant size now. From 54's years ago to size 40 now!

That was exactly my thoughts, but I fear I'd need to fight off quite a lot people to even get a plate if they saw that.
