Well i was lazy and wanted something smoked. So .....
More rare roast beef stuffed with chilli. Added some cheese, but the phone again let me down. Rolled of course.
Now for the conies some sliced ham again stuffed with chilli.
Wrapped with bacon.
Smoked....... 160 IT then crisped in a 550 oven flipped to broil.
Yep more of those rolled dogs stuffed into bollilios.
Ok its an obsession.
