Hey Everyone,
So Ive been lurking in the shadows of this page getting tips and tricks and finely just decided to join. Jumped off a few other forums to make room for you guys :)

I currently have a MES 130 and a cheapy Char-broil tru infared, but currently looking at upgrading my grilling/smoking/bbqing arsenal with a traeger pro 22.

Looking forward to learning alot more and trading recipes and info!

Out of curiosity...when does the post moderation disappear? Tried to search on here but couldn't find any information regarding new member restrictions.

Out of curiosity...when does the post moderation disappear? Tried to search on here but couldn't find any information regarding new member restrictions.

They just like you to post some basic information about yourself and come in and say hello in the roll call area. Your good to go. You don't have any restrictions as a new person here..

haha thats exactly what I dont want to be! I just need out of my current char-broil...i cant stand that thing anymore. So many hotspots and cold spots that seem ever changing. Im finished with infared.
