jfsjazz here, a newbie to this forum.  I've been smoking for about 6 months now on a Smokin-it smoker and have had great results and a whole lot of fun too!  Have done most of the standards and have also ventured into cheese, bacon (belly, Canadian, and buckboard) all with great results.

While new to this forum, I have been leaning on Jeff's recipes and techniques and for that I am grateful!!! Thank you sir!

The patronizing looks of suspicion and doubt that I used to get from my wife when I first started smoking have now turned into "when are you going to smoke (fill in the blank)......again?, or, "what are we having this weekend?"

Thanks also to all who weigh in with tips, ideas and advice.  Looking forward to further interaction with the members.
