Hey Ya'll

My name is Bill Apple born and raised in Bradenton, Florida. I joined the forum this past week thanks to my buddy Keith (Jckdanls 07). He invited me to join him at 1st Annual South Florida Gathering at Fisheating Creek last weekend. What a GREAT time I had, and met some awesome people.

I would like to tell everyone a little about myself. Been happily married 18yrs, and together 28yrs with 3 wonderful son's and a new grandbaby last month. Loving it!

I have been Grilling & BBQ'ing for the passed 30yrs. I can remember when I started grilling on a hibachi with match lite briquets. Little did i know at the time. Ha Ha!  My arsenal is now is  a CHARGRILLER DUO with a Side Fire Box. (Cooking Spare Ribs, Taters as I tell my story!) Hopefully not boring Ya'll. Also my arsenal consists of a BRINKMANN Smoker and Grill, and a propane burner for that awesome DEEPFRIED Turkey.
