Just checking in, seems I have signed up to this forum previously but I can't remember when. I just bought Jeff's rub and sauce recipes last night after umming and ahhing over it for ages so I'm back to have a sniff around and get some ideas. Hopefully share some too.
Looking forward to getting in there and amongst it
Currently running a 57cm Weber Kettle with rotisserie kit, Weber Smoky Mountain, Weber Q2200, Bradley 4 rack and a Lodge cast iron Sports Grill. Enjoy cooking all the favourites, ribs, brisket, pork butts and scotch, steaks on the grill over charcoal etc.
