Hello everyone!

My name is Melissa and I am an electrical engineer from Pennsylvania.

I have a 22.5" Weber kettle, and have mostly stuck with baby backs on there so far.  Today I smoked my first brisket!  I also have a Weber Genesis E-310 for my everyday grilling…I love to cook!

I found this forum while I was browsing around the internet learning some more about brisket.  I look forward to learning more about the wonderful world of meat here!
