Long time lurker finally going legit. I live near Baton Rouge and am just getting started with my Masterbuilt electric that I got for father's day. So far have done a brisket and did a whole chicken today. Both came out pretty well. Will try my first attempt at cheese with my cold smoke attachment tomorrow and plan on a pulled pork for Mardi Gras. Not sure if the family is ready for all the smoked goodness but it's coming!
