Go Big Blue! New poster to this forum, but a veteran to forums and smoking. Figured i'd create an account on here and browse and see what kinds of tips and tricks I can picl up from y'all to take my barbecue to the next level. I've got a CharGriller offset smoker, a cheap 4 burner gas grill I was given that has no brand name plate haha, and a Brinkmann bullet smoker/griller. Here's last weekend for the Kentucky-South Carolina game:
