Been wanting to do this for a long time now. Picked up some CSR'S and marinated over night in the fridge. Put them on the smoker till they hit around 140 IT then threw them on the gasser to sear them up. Made some shrimp fried rice for a side. Thanks to CKSTEELE for the recipe although I did deviate a little bit from it. Over all it was really good.
