I received a Char-Griller Duo with Side Fire Box from my parents for Christmas this year. I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with this as a smoker without modding it. I ask because I have very limited knowledge in metal work. Also, if it does need mods, what would you suggest without having to cut/weld the grill? I'd be willing to drill holes in it if need be. I'd appreciate some help!
