With difficult times comes difficult changes. I gave my 1 hp grinder and 15 lb. stuffer to my oldest son, with who I've made many batches of different sausages over the years. After 7 strokes, they have taken sufficient toll on my inability to effectively perform even the most basic of operations, even just turning on the grinder, for example, that he can make better use of those items than I can. In return, I will take back my KitchenAid grinder attachment I gave him to make no-salt sausages of different flavors. When I first started on my home processing back in 2008:
