I have a VP 215 chamber machine and can't find the sweet spot for removing enough air but not popping the sausage casing inside. 30 sec + pop 20-25 sec not enough air out. Any advice for sealing fresh sausages with a chamber machine needed...
 
I have the VP112. My settings are 50/7
If you keep squishing or popping try putting your sausage on a cookie sheet and freezing before you vac em.
