I been asking questions and reading on this site for a little while and finally got my smokehouse done. I have since added a register vent to the top back of the smokehouse and I am able to hold the smokehouse at 225 with ease.
I'd have to agree with this post, I know that I'd be killing geese out of that alfalfa field to keep that smoke rolling.I think that's a wonderful smokehouse. And so is the landscape.
