Caveman Steak on Charcoal

Before we took microwaves on the job site , we used to use a cardboard box with a 500 watt halogen light and some r-19 thrown over the top . worked for re-heating left overs .

Bear's little C4 experiment took a turn for the worse last night. Flowers are being accepted in the intensive care unit of his local hospital. Smoked meat trays are an acceptable alternative to flowers.

I tried the Caveman method once. I was cooking a rabbit over an open fire and the damn stick broke.

This is the better "caveman" approach, just requires a charcoal chimney instead of a foil pan.....

Where's the antlers though?

I like skirt steak this way - just don't use briquettes :)
