Done to perfection Spook, I'd be on that in a heartbeat! I slice my steaks from a boneless ribeye roast, 1&1/2" thick, about 24oz. I stopped being able to make it all the way thru one around seven years ago when I hit 65, old man. I love having that steak sanny for breakfast the next day, makes me happy! RAY
