Does anyone have a nice generic Catering Contract, they would be willing to share?

I'm still trying to figure out catering legal requirements....lol...between the mandatory class, the test and the yearly license, it costs a frigging fortune for anyone to do small side gigs on weekends.

It may be wise to contact the local health dep. in your state even a lawyer. If you get into legations, it's not pretty. Our state requires a health dept. inspection before each event.

You can't be to careful make sure that whatever you use has the proper wording. Hopefully you don't have any problems but lawyers tear wording up. I have done this for a couple of nonprofits for years. Rules and regulations seem to change every year. Not trying to discourage you but to help you not to have a problem. Good luck with your adventure.
